Cilantro Pesto


Cilantro removes toxic heavy metals from the brain, so I try and eat it often. This is, not only delicious, but it’s a good way to get the metals out and enjoy your food at the same time. Try pouring this over some greens, slathered on some roasted potatoes or stirred into some ‘safe pasta’ like lentil pasta. Here is a good brand.

Ingredients

2 cups packed cilantro

1/4 cup walnuts

1/2 lemon, juiced

2 garlic cloves

2 tablespoons olive oil

1/8 teaspoon sea salt

Directions

Combine everything in the food processor and mix. Enjoy as a dip, sauce or salad dressing.

Don’t worry about sounding professional. Sound like you. There are over 1.5 billion websites out there, but your story is what’s going to separate this one from the rest.
