Fruit Bowl


This fruit bowl is so interchangeable. If you don’t have strawberries and bananas you can totally just use what you have. You can’t really go wrong with mixing fruits. This is great for when you get bored with drinking smoothies every morning but still want all the healing goodness!

Ingredients

1 Cup of strawberries (fresh or frozen)

1-2 bananas

1 more banana set aside

Directions:

Blend the 1-2 bananas in a blender with the strawberries. You can add a little coconut water or plain water for consistency purposes. Pour into bowl and slice your extra banana and lay on top for some chunkiness to your bowl.
