Honey Apples
I’m a very simplistic ‘eater’. The easier the better. When I first started eating a plant-based diet I made everything hard. It doesn’t have to be hard. Just grab and apple, slice it up, drizzle honey on it. BAM!
Ingredients
2 Tbsp raw honey
2 apples - sliced (red has more nutrition than green)
Directions
You can make this dish raw or cooked.
slice the apple and drizzle with honey.
If you wanna warm breakfast just cut in slices and steam them for a few minutes and then drizzle with honey. Raisins and cinnamon would be a great addition to this little delight.
