Hummus


This hummus is so perfect that I don’t change a thing. Anthony has developed the perfect hummus. There is no additional oil and the only fat is from the tahini. You can use this for topping your potato or dipping your veggies or homemade potato chips.

 

Ingredients

4 cups cooked garbanzo beans

1/2 cup tahini

4 cloves garlic

2 tbsp lemon juice

3 tsp cumin

1/2 tsp sea salt

½ cup water

Optional: 1/8 tsp paprika (optional but highly recommended) woohoo!

Directions

In a food processor, combine the garbanzo beans, tahini, garlic, lemon juice, cumin and sea salt. Process until roughly combined. Continue processing while streaming in up to ½ cup of water until desired consistency is reached.

If desired, served sprinkled with paprika. Enjoy!

This goes great dolloped on a baked potato or used as a dip for veggies or homemade potato chips.
