Mashed Potatoes
Did you ever think you could eat endless mashed potatoes without gaining weight? Well, you can and you will, l as soon you learn that butter and milk are not necessary to have a good mashed potato!
Ingredients
1. 4 med-large potatoes peeled or unpeeled. Your choice. (I prefer Gold potatoes, they seem to have their own buttery taste)
2. Himalayan salt to taste
3. Black or white pepper to taste
4. Reserve the water to add when mashing
Directions
Steam Potatoes in a steamer or pressure cooker or pot on the stove, until fork tender.
2. After the potatoes are soft remove and mash with a fork or potato masher.
Add hot water for a smooth consistency.
Season with salt and pepper.
