Melon Smoothie
Ever wish you could eat THE WHOLE MELON? Well with this smoothie you can suck it down really fast and look around and say “what melon?” It’s packed with the good glucose that your body craves and it digests really fast so be prepared to eat a snack in short while.
Ingredients
1 seedless melon - rind removed and rough chopped (melon of choice, I love cantaloup smoothies)
1 lime
NOTE: You may add some cucumber and some greens if you wish.
Directions
Blend the melon and the juice of one lime together in blender and enjoy!
warning: melons digest fast so be prepared to ‘flush’ afterward.
