Papaya Bowl
Papaya is one of God’s most healing foods. It’s considered a pre-digested food so your digestive system can, totally, take a break after consuming this delicious little baby. It’s extremely gut healing and full of beta carotene, vitamins A and C. It is known as the ‘gut healer’. Topped with bananas and the nutrients just get even more intense.
Ingredients
1 ripe papaya halved, seeded and peeled
1 ripe banana
Directions
Blend the papaya in a blender until smooth, place in bowl and top with slices of banana.
