Sweet Cherry
I have a hard time with cherries. When I find organic they are only in season for a little while. Frozen organic cherries can be found year-round so placing them in a smoothie is a perfect way to getting them into my body.
Ingredients
1 1/2 Cups frozen or fresh organic cherries
2 bananas
1 Cup of spinach
A few sprigs of parsley
1/4 tsp. of cinnamon
3 Dates
1 1/2 Cups of coconut water (or plain water)
Directions
Blend together and enjoy!
