Guacamole


I’m currently fat-free to support my lymphatic system but when I’m back on fats this will definitely be my first indulgent. I LOVE AVOCADOS! I would suggest placing this guac on a baked potato or on top of some loaded nachos made with homemade potato chips.

 

Ingredients

2 avocados

one green onion - thinly sliced into rounds

1 tomato - diced small

1 small handful of cilantro - chopped

1 lime

salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Smash the avocado into a bowl and add all the chopped ingredients and squeeze in the juice of the lime. Start with squeezing 1/2 of the lime and taste. Add the rest if desired. Salt and pepper to taste.

This serves 2 people or just one hungry individual.
