When I started on this healing journey I stood in front of my fridge and literally cried. I had already stopped eating sugar, dairy from cows, and gluten. Now I was “HIT” with no dairy at all! plus no eggs, corn or soy either? OH BOY! In my mind, I thought I would starve. I didn’t know what to eat? When the tears stopped flowing and I calmed down I could sense support from a higher place and HE prompted me to eat fruits and veggies. Here’s the problem, we are not taught to eat this way and it’s soooooo overwhelming and hard to know where to start. I’m developing something that I wish I’d had. It’s a guide to give you ideas of what your day should look like. This is not a mandatory menu but Just a guide to help you navigate this lifestyle and a good place to start. Sample Menu Day 1

Breakfast

Complete your Liver Rescue Morning

Liver Rescue Smoothie

Mid-morning Snack

Adrenal snack #1 (apples/celery/dates)

Drink 16-32oz of lemon/honey water before noon

Lunch

Baked Potato topped with salsa or avocado

Steamed broccoli or cauliflower on the side

Snack

Adrenal snack #1 (apples/celery/dates)

Drink another 16-32oz of lemon/honey water before dinner

Dinner

Festive Sweet Potato

4oz Wild-caught salmon if meat is desired.

Late night snack (encouraged)

Bananas drizzled with honey (as many as you want!)

followed by a cup of herbal tea (hibiscus/lemon balm/Rose Hip)

Breakfast

Fruit Bowl

Mid-Morning Snack

Adrenal Snack #2 (Orange/avocado/spinach)

Drink 16-32oz of lemon/honey water before noon

Lunch

Steamed potatoes poured over 3-4 cups of greens drizzled with lemon juice and honey

(Greens can be red leaf lettuce/butter leaf lettuce/romaine/spinach)

Mid-Afternoon Snack

Adrenal Snack #8 (Cucumber/Apple/Dates)

Drink 16-32oz of lemon/honey water before dinner

Dinner

Pizza Boats

Late night snack (encouraged)

Banana “milk”
followed by a cup of herbal tea (hibiscus/lemon balm/Rose Hip)

dipped in salsa or guacamole

Adrenal Snack #6 (Eat the other 2 Banana-date wraps)

Drink 16-32oz of lemon/honey water before dinner

Dinner

Potato and Peas Please bowl

served over a bed of lettuce (Red leaf/Romain/Butterleaf)

2 Sliced mango (mango will help you sleep)
