Salsa

I pair this salsa with so many things. It’s vinegar free and you can place it on chips, potatoes, and my fiesta dishes. You can incorporate it with a mashed avocado for a quick guacamole or you can pour it on top of some nachos or fries. I keep it made up in the fridge at all times. There are no preservatives so it only keeps for a few days. Eat up!

Ingredients

2 whole tomatoes

1 garlic clove - peeled but left whole

1 handful of cilantro

1/4 of an onion

2 tbsp citric acid free tomato paste

1/2 tsp cayenne if heat is desired.

1/4 tsp Himalayan salt if desired.

1 tsp. dulse - leave out till end

Directions

Quarter the tomatoes and place in food processor along with garlic, cilantro, onion, tomato paste, cayenne and until desired consistency.

Pour in dulse and pulse a couple of times and you’re done!

There are 3 ingredients in this salsa that actually remove toxic heavy metals from your body. The tomatoes, cilantro and dulse. So if you are working on removing these metals than I suggest eating this salsa daily.

NOTE: Dulse is a seaweed that you can purchase here Dulse
