We all have our favoite snacks and I’m not taking them away, I’m simply showing you a healthier alternative.

Snack time is my favorite part of the day!

  • Potato chips

    I wouldn’t indulge in this snack everyday because of the high radical fats but when you just NEED something salty and crunchy, these will not disappoint! Remember, this is not a healing food but when the cravings ‘wont stop’ this is safer than the other brands.

    I can find these at Sprouts and Akins in the tulsa area. If you can’t fine them you can order them below.

  • chips and salsa

    There is nothing like it. This HAS to be the all American favorite snack of all times, right? Health-seekers can enjoy this favorite snack as well. Cassava root can be processed into a powder and magically transformed into a salty/savory chip. woohoo! Pair it with Maria Rae’s salsa and you have a winner. Keep in mind….This should be enjoyed on occasion NOT everyday. If you want your healing on the fast track then I would decrease the fats in your day as much as possible. NOTE: I get this chip at Sprouts in Tulsa area.

  • Maple butter

    What the what? I can’t believe they can turn maple syrup into maple butter? This is crazy good and is great on banana’s, apples, melted on potato waffles, or millet bread toast.

  • Big Green Organics

    I love one ingredient products! This is the BEST gluten-free pasts I have tried yet to date. It’s easy to prepare and super yummy. I will do some vegan cheese and pour over these noodles for some mac and cheese. They have spaghetti and rotini noodles as well. check em out below.
